Products Free from quality Issues
If you changed your mind and want to return your purchased items you have to do it within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is however responsible for the shipping and packaging cost back to the sender (that will be us)+ bank admin charges if any.
Products with Quality Issues
We guarantee that all of our products are free from defects according to our “Warranty Policy”. If a defect is identified upon arrival and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service or new components for replacement. The customer is however responsible for the shipping and packaging cost back to the sender and the shipping cost for the sender to send back to you.
Used and Consumable Products
We don’t refund used products, products that have been opened from its original package or consumable products including underwear products.
We will refund you with either money or QvikMart credits that you can use to purchase items on our web shop. Please inform us if you prefer money or a credit refund.
Contact customer service and provide us the reasons why you want to return the items and if damaged goods please provide pictures if possible. Also inform us whether you prefer credits or money refund. Upon a valid claim we will provide you with a return form with a unique RMA number. Fill in the required information in the RMA form and email back to us. Once it is approved we will inform you. Return the goods including the original box, well packaged along with the receipt and a note with the RMA number.
We will refund the credits or money to you as soon as we received your package, normally within 14 to 30 working days, depending on your shipping method to us.
